The BN4 was built at two separate facilities. The BN6 was only made at 
Abingdon. When Production started at Abingdon  they were only making 
BN6 'til the changeover much later in the year to include BN4s. The new 
design coincided with the introduction of the BN6 and is recorded as 
such in photographic evidence and the restoration guide by 
Anderson/Moment.
I don't recall ever seeing a car or picture of a BN6 with the early 
type seat.
