I use the Mobil, M1-209 filter with the spin on adapter.

If it's the "simple" adapter (about a 1" thick disk that bolts up between
the block and the filter) it should use a Fram PH3600 or equivalent.
Emphasis on the "equivalent," as in use anything but a Fram ;)
