Hey Mark,

Just to double check.. When you adjust the nut on the top of the box, hold 
the outer big nut and turn the center bolt clockwise to tighten and remove 
any slop in the steering. Its basically a wedge in the design so that as the 
parts wear they can be tighened up again. Once you got that slightly 
tighten, it doesn't take much to get it to bind (fractions of a facet), then 
have someone hold onto the arm that is coming out of the box and as you turn 
the steering wheel see if they can feel any play from what they feel in the 
arm and the motion of you turning the wheel. This adjustment should take all 
the play out as far as the box goes. If you still have play and you don't 
see it in the motion of the arm and the steering wheel then it must be from 
somewhere further downstream.
