FYI,
When dealing with Nisonger Instrument it is essential to be very specific in
documenting the work to be done. Although Bob Castagnetta is still a part of
the organization, he is there only two days a week. If you want anything other
than a rebuild done, you MUST be very detailed and specific, otherwise your
instrument will be rebuilt. Their primary business is instrument rebuild and
even though you may accompany the instrument with a letter, the assumption is
it will be rebuilt. Even if you send them an NOS instrument!! The work is
excellent, only their ability to read is in question.
