Tom,
If you can't find a replacement, I patch the holes (mostly from scaping
driveways)
with epoxy/steel resin (like JBWeld Stick). Clean the affected area then work
the
stuff in. I make a little ridge with the epoxy, which eventually gets ground
down again.
