Front wheel bearing grease

If one reads enough on which grease to use in the 3000s front hubs, one can
be confronted with a welter of contradictory information. Some say Castrol
LM, some say otherwise.

What should I use?

What do you use?

Is Penrite graphite the one? (I have some, but there's no mention of
bearings on the tin. And it's filthy stuff to use! Excellent stuff, no
doubt.)
