Coils are really pretty generic. Its doubtful that you will find a
positive ground coil per say but just reverse the low tension wires and
you're good. I'm not sure how your high tension wire attaches (screw on,
push on) but you can adapt it to work.
Any good auto store should be able to help you out.
Are you sure your problem is in your coil?
