Low Revs

Hi all,

I don't know if this is an overdrive problem but looking for advice.

Firstly overdrive works perfect when I want it to.  What is happening is 
that in normal driving my revs are dropping low like I've gone into 
overdrive.  It is especially noticable when I go up the steep hills where I 
live, e.g. I'll be in 3rd going up a steep hill and the revs drop real low.

Any advice is appreciated.
