Shroud Installation Question

Hello all,

I'm attempting to install my rear shroud on my BJ8.  Can anyone tell me what
type of sealant or goop I should be using at the shroud aluminum to frame
steel interface?

I assume the shroud should be painted on the inside (where it touchs the
steel) also?  any recommendations for primer and type of paint there?

Just trying to avoid the galvanic action......
