Um, Richard,
Try pulling the wiper arms off the drive splines, noting where the splines 
come to a stop when the switch is turned off, making sure they're stopping 
to the left. Then install the arms where you want them to sit when parked.

If the park position is not at the end of the left stroke, loosen the cover 
of the wiper motor and rotate the raised round cover that contains the 
parking contact strip. Rotate this cover until you have the pivots stopping 
where you want them. Tighten the cover. Then reinstall the arms.
