UPS to Canada from the US is extremely expensive if it goes by ground
transport because UPS charges two or three times for the same service, such
as charging you for prepaying certain amounts for you, then charging you to
collect it from you, in addition to cod charges etc. I would be very
concerned to understand all of UPS charges to OZ; they rip us off.

In my experience. The US Postal Service is very reasonable and very
reliable. I have had items shipped by their Global Priority Mail for fair
charges with reasonable delivery times. See:
http://www.usps.com/global/globalprioritymail.htm Check their website, and
also beware of the seller padding the sale price. Measure the proposed
charges against the USPS rates.

Good Luck
