Yes Michael they would. 
Such pumps have no external reference to atmospheric pressure i.e. no
absolute pressure regulator, so each will increase its outlet pressure to
2.5 p.s.i. above its inlet pressure. 2 x 2.5 = 5

If two FACET cube pumps (nominal 2.5 psi) mounted in series  were both 
operating at the same time would this double the fuel pressure?
