There is a "Vinyl & Fabric" paint available in spray cans(Dupli-Color is one
brand). Have used it to liven up the vinyl on my Healey. Just sprayed a
spare door panel I have. Looks new. Same problem with this panel as you
have. Battered bottom.
Have used it on carpet, trunk armacord, the tool bags, etc. Comes in
various colors. Will be doing my dash next.
