BJ8 Door Issues

Team -

I am in the process of cleaning up the door panels of my BJ8.  The panels are
in OK condition but a little scraped up toward the bottom.  Is there a product
out there that can stain the vinyl black and leave an appropriate shine?

Another issue - While I have the doors apart I am changing some of the worn
parts.  What kind of lubricant should I use for the mechanicals?  I presume
oil and grease will just attract dust and create more issues but...
