Sorry for the late reply, been away.
Autosparks supply to most of the Healey specialists and their loom is a nice
looking loom that is the same except for the bulb holders being a more modern
push in fitting, this I believe is the same problem as British wiring's? Upto
you if you want to resolder?
I have just installed mine into my bj8 and before fitting laid both out on the
lawn to compare and use as a reference for preinstalling clips.
The strange thing is it is cheaper to buy from a Healey specialist such as
Ahead4healeys #150 + vat as opposed to #165 + vat, both manufactured by
Autosparks. I believe this is because they specially make 10+ at a time for
the specialists who pass on the discount, whilst austosparks only carry one at
a time.
The only benefit buying direct is that you can get the loom specially modded
for alternator etc if you get direct from ASparks.
