I did as you guys suggested and made sure the battery was fully charged and
tried again to crank the engine but got the same results - a weird noise from
the firewall. I tried to push the button on the solenoid but I guess I did not
push hard enough because I could not sense any movement.
How can I tell if the solenoid is bad?
