You can solve this problem by installing a pleated rubber seal on the fluid
reservoir. This seals the system and has an accordion pleated diaphragm that
moves in  compliance with the changing fluid level. No air exchange, no
condensation, no problem.
I found some in the generic parts display at the local Pep Boys. I think they
cost less than $2.00 each.
