The Moss catalog gives a pretty good pictorial of the washers that are 
needed.   British Car Specialist
books also show a good brake down of the washers needed.   The ones that I 
received appeared to be
an aluminum type and a special sized hole to fit tightly.  I don't remember 
any type of rubber seals that were
used which surprised me a bit.
