I have two silly questions about the small bolts that hold the sump
on, so bear with me.
What is the correct position for the two longer bolts?
Should the special elongated washers be placed as if they have a
spring action (they have a bow to them) , or should they sit the
other way, without tension, the way they were when I took them off?
