Bob and List,

Has anybody checked the legality of a flashing 3rd brake light?  If my 
ol', med riddled mind serves me, I believe, at least in CA, they're 
illegal.  Or maybe you just couldn't have the standard brake lights 
flashing.  That comes to mind from JCTaylor selling them back in the 
'50s & '60s.
