Tadek,

Ira is correct, and even though the original Austin Healey H6 carburetor
setup did not have these thick spacers, you may want to add them.  I
wouldn't go too thick until you can work out the issue of fitting them in
the engine compartment.  Let me know what you work out.

I have a couple of photos of an original 100M carburetor setup and will try
to forward it to you.
