We often, in our travels, run across other enthusiasts with other make
stuff. There exists a dearth of transmission parts for older Jaguar
transmission parts. Only 1 or 2 distributers list much more than gaskets and
bearings..
The question is.. is there anyone out there with a serviceable 4 spd gear
box for an E-type (either version) or good used parts they would like to
sell? I haven't taken this apart yet, but I suspect it needs a 1st gear
slider or even a main shaft.
