[Healeys] BJ8 Carbs -- Install together or separately?

Do "You" remove/install the carbs on a BJ8 together as one unit or separately?

I do them together, but it's a bit difficult to get to the two bolts under the 
rear carb.

I'm assuming to replace them separately, you'd have to disassemble the linkage 
and reset it afterwards.
