If I have some rust in the quarter panel wheel well cracks now would it be a
good idea to clean out what I can get out and put Rustoleum over that and
then finish coat with touch up? Has anyone tried RustBullet or any of the
other rust inhibitor paints before trying to seal an area with 3M or fiber
glass it or use LPS-3 that already has a little rust?

Also, it doesn't hurt to spray a little rust preventative; e.g. Waxoyl or
(my preference) LPS-3 into the cavity after the water has dried.
