Oh no
That v.8 engined Healey appears to have a standard Healey radiator!!!!   At
least the header tank!

Shelby approached DMH with a plan to put a Chevy motor in a Healey, but it
was a no go.  Chevy wouldn't sell the motors to Healey (probably didn't want
a Corvette competitor) and DMH wouldn't deliver the Healeys, I believe due
to resistance by BMC.  I've heard of a Nasty Boy being built by Shelby, but
have never been able to substantiate it nor seen any reference to it in the
Shelby books.  I don't think Shelby ever constructed a Healey, but the
Shelby-Healey refers to one that was built by Shelby mechanic Ted Sutton,
who put a small block Ford in his personal Healey.  When Shelby decided to
put the 427 motor in the Cobra, Shelby fabricator Phil Remington turned the
project over to Sutton because he had liked the work he had done on the
Healey.  The Sutton Healey still exists and there are pictures here:
