Heat=2C heat and more heat. Each time spraying it with WD 40 ( I buy the s=
tuff in gallon cans). When it's really hot the WD40 just instantly evaporat=
es or boils off=2C but at some point=2C I believe it starts to wick in. So=
oner or later it will free up. In my experience=2C using a lot of force doe=
s a lot more damage than the heat.
Good luck.=20

I left the seized shackle pins in both sides of this BN1 when it went off t=
o TechnoStrip in the hope that they would come loose.
They didn't so I've spent an inordinate amount of time trying to extract th=
em without wreaking the mounts on the frame.
Made a special puller=2C applied loss of heat=2C drilled right through each=
bush=2C grumbled a lot but they will not move despite being subjected to m=
assive amount of force.
Any ideas...damaging the mounts in the chassis makes for a very tedious rep=
air.
