In  Australia our Road Authority are on a money spinner they will issue
plates with any thing you want for an annual fee usually $260
 spiralling to 1/4 million +  for first issue Black & White (y1900 2
digit up) generally by auction & then charge a massive amount yearly
You can have your football club with logo anything as long as it is not
offensive  A knock shop with "MADAM" plates is obviously OK
