As they are chassis items they are likely to be UNF: most likely 3/8".

BSF threads only relate to Austin parts such as engine, BN1 gearbox, early
BN1 rear axle and BN1 suspension items. Beyond that for chassis etc. and
parts new to the 100 they were mostly UNF threads.
