It looks like a Coolaire of Miami A/C unit that was available from a company in
Miami, FL. I installed one in my '67 BJ8 when I lived there back in the '60s.
I was my every day car for 7 years and the heat in the summer was like a
furnace back then. It was factory authorized and here is a link to the info:;

I like it. Rather I admire the skill thatâ??s gone into it. And the time and
