Mark,

See my response to Mitch.  I won't give specifics because everyone and
every car is different.  I am not trying to avoid the question/answer.

After 60 miles of spirited driving Thursday and 120 spirited miles
yesterday (including sliding the car on numerous curves), I filled up this
morning and used 22.1 mpg thru the Blue Ridge mountains for the 2 days of
driving.

Not everyone will do this.  Gas mileage, for me, is simply an indication of
my level of tuning and my driving habits.
