Which leads me to a question I have had for some time.........How come SCTA/BNI
doesn't maintain a master list of all car #s & owners? I know they
change/add/delete
through the year, but what Chuck has available Dec. 31 of each year would
prolly be
as accurate as needed. Wouldn't think it would be a privacy issue - hell, buy a
SpeedWeek program & you have half of them. Seems like this would be a logical
part
of the SCTA/BNI website, and would make it easy to archive. Any
thoughts/opinions/flames on this issue?
