    You don't have to "buzz" the engine, only run it at a fast idle with a 
qualified and possibly "suited-up" person at the controls.
    To warm the automatic tranny just put the tranny in gear and run it 
against the converter at a fast idle and you'll build a little heat in a 
hurry........Ardun Doug
