I believe the data you want is in "The Design & Tuning of Competition Engines" 
by Smith and 
the SAE book "Design of Racing & High Performance Engines". 
I am not where I can access my books at the moment but if I get a chance to 
check into these 
in the next few days I'll post some data if it's in these. I seem to recall it 
is.
