I haven't missed a year at the Hershey Pa. Flea Market since 1969, in that
time I've meet a total of SIX guys with SCTA Red Hats. I always ask who they
are, what they drove, and how fast they went. I assume my reaction is the same
as
most car guys, or do most people think some group just hands those hats out
