Quick, a survey: How many of you change your brake fluid every
year??
<<<snip>>>

Every two years, when I also change the antifreeze. If you do it
right, it doesn't take any longer than draining, radiator flush,
draining, water flush, new antifreeze.

Here's my proceedure.

1) Buy a new 1/4 inch round water color brush with a plastic
handle, a basting syringe, and a plastic funnel.

2) Take the new brush and tug lightly at the bristle and bush it
against something clean to knock out the loose bristles and make
sure the bristles don't come loose.

3) Stir the contents of the master cylinder with the brush.

4) Siphon off the dirty fluid.

5) Add fresh fluid, stir, and siphon off.

6) Add fresh fluid and bleed.

7) Store the brush, funnel, and syringe in a ziplock bag after
cleaning them.
