A common front seal leakage problem is a crack in the hub of the pulley. 
This may be hairline and hard to detect, but will quickly wear the ID of the 
seal. Also if the hub of the pulley is worn concave, the seal will fit 
properly. This can be sleeved, if it is not cracked.
