I was thinking of using a venting hose, like maybe a 2" flex hose to go from 
toe area out to exit into the wheel wells, but after more thinking, that area 
would get hot while idling from the headers there.  Hey - it was just an 
idea.  The concensus has it that the air DOES go down out the holes.  I even 
looked carefully at a daily-driver 215 with header holes (and talked to the 
owner), and sure enough there wasnt any spray dirt inside like I expected.  I 
wonder now what happens at idle, when there's no front pressure or air 
movement venturi effect ...
