        The most accurate way to get the exact clearance you want is to 
torque the bearings in the block and bring the block to whomever is going to 
grind your crank and have them do the measuring themselves. Main line tunnel 
diameter is the spec that can be all over the place and it directly affects 
the clearance. I often see them .001" over the published spec(not Rovers 
specifically but blocks in general).
