Address for Twisp book needed

Being new to MGS and the net, I have not been familiar with the name John
Twisp. The current thread only bears strong accolades for him as well as his
expertise. However, I did see save the posting that contained the title of
his publication as well as a way to obtain it. If anyone did so I would
greatly appreciate it. The book sounds like an invalueable resource.
