Cars I've spotted recently along the road (Albany, NY, area):

1966 Triumph Spitfire 4 Mk.2 -- $1995. Car is decent, although not quite
original. Red w/mediocre white top, black interior. Some bondo, but a
fairly straight-looking car. Call (518) 861-6486. Altamont (Albany
County), NY

1975 Triumph Spitfire 1500 -- $???? On used car lot; has been for quite
some time (and possibly stored for some time before that?). Pimento red,
black interior, awful-looking Dynaplastics "port-holed" hardtop, original
(?) soft top still with car. Very straight and original. Beginning to rust
somewhat, probably just from sitting outside for awhile. Interior fairly
clean. 58k showing. Call (518) 766-9790. Nassau (So. Rensselaer County),
NY

1974 MGB GT -- $???? Lt. Beige, fair body. Early 1974 (no big overriders
or rubber bumpers). Black cloth interior serviceable. Has been stored
about 8 years (judging from NYS DMV stickers in windshield). Pretty car,
but looks like the kind of car one would inspect THOROUGHLY before buying
(like, why does the front bumper and grille look SO new compared to the
other chrome on the car?) (518) 674-2516. Averill Park (Rensselaer
County), NY.

I know nothing about any of these cars other than what I've told you
above, and I have no interest whatsoever in them. It's just that they look
like cars that need good homes....

If you're in the Albany area of NY and/or would like better directions to
these cars, e-mail me directly.
