1980 B's didn't have rubber pads on the gas pedals.  If it was 
non-original, and legal for sale at the time, they can't squawk about it.

And correct only for '65 and before.

Same thing here in Delaware.  They let the biggest pieces of $#!+ on the 
road, so long as they don't pollute.
