Tim,
If you have a local MG/LBC parts supplier, you may want to ask them
for a reputable machine shop that can do the work. Replacing the head is
relativly easy; I became quite good at it (not by choice). You may want to
look into having high-temp valve seats and chrome valves installed while
having it machined. Sorry, I don't remember what I paid to give me peace of
mind and less head-removal down time.
