What is the avg. range a '69 Midget is worth?

Hello all,

I have been reading this list for a week now since my wife drug home a 
69 midget in decent body shape. Engine needs work and third member 
replaced. Before I get too far into this little machine, what is the 
average value of a 69 midget in running condition, and what is it for 
a fully restored one?
