Emergency Brake Cable

     The emergency brake cable is rusted to its shroud and won't move.  Do
the ends come off the cable so it can be pulled off?  I have the end off the
brake lever and the pin removed from the rear wheel bracket but don't see how
to disassemble further to take it off the car.   It's a 1975 MGB;
