This was what I concider the perfect weekend. Sat. knocked around,
laundry, vacuuming that sort of things. All done by 3:30 jump in the 75
B with wife, Eileen. Met up with John Morris and his best girl Donna
with his 74 chrome bumper B (plate"1FUNMGB") drove 90 miles of Long
Island's north shore country roads. Stopped for dinner and headed home
in bed by 11:00 so has to be rest for Sunday. Concours show noon till
2, great cars, more driving, lunch, more driving home by 6:30.
Reminder MG Car Club Long Island Centre's "The British are Coming!" is
2 weeks away. This is the event I've been waiting for, for what seems
like an eternity. It's a 2 day event June 1st and 2nd in Yaphank, N.Y.
Those coming from New England, I strongly recommend the Bridgeport-Port
