I picked up a registration form for the Bellvue ABFM at the Vancouver ABFM.
The info on the form is all I've got but you're welcome to it.
Friday July 12: cocktails at the Bellvue Inn
Saturday, July 13: car display, swap meet, awards ceremony, drive & dinner
Sunday, July 14: countryside tour
Fees are $30 first car, $15 additional cars, $15 motorcycles

Never been myself so I can't offer an opinion. I'm still up in the air
