>Two words: Nut Splitter. Two more words: Bolt cutter. :) I have this old bolt cutter, but with a twist, it has the jaws flush on the end so it looks like a 4foot long toenail clipper. Cuts flush and parallel, does wonderfullllllllll things to stuck nuts, and I can usually save the bolt. I don't know where you'd find one though, mine looks to be at least 50 years old.
