Well, if the early cars are at all like the later, there is a threaded 
hole located on the inside wall, quite low near the floor.  It is more 
or less directly inline (laterally) from the transmission tunnel mounts, 
which should also be internally threaded.  If your car is fitted with 
wither carpets or rubber mats, the outer mount will be concealed.  

You will definitely want to fit new carpets before installing the belts. 
If your car does not have the outer mounts, you may be able to mount 
the outboard belt anchor through the floor, assuming that it is 
structurally sound.
