Noise in Rear End

     I've got a noise in the rear end of the BlueBee :-(
     
     It sounds alot like a worn bearing but you only hear it above 40mph 
     and when you let off the gas.  Accelerating there is no sound but when 
     I let off or take it out of gear the sound goes away.
     I've checked fluid levels in both the tranny and the rear end and all 
     seems to be well.  Tranny is only a year old !
