It's been curious.  I ordered a lot of parts for Kermit the frogeye 
directly from England.  They always came with a sticker indicating that 
duty was due.  However, the duty was very small, and the post office 
rarely bothered to collect it.  I think they only asked me to pay a 
couple of times out of at least a dozen.
